Passport
Passport photocopy is required by the employer to process your work permit. Please ensure that your passport has at least 3-5 years of validity
Europass CV & Certificates
CV must be converted into Europass CV. Applicants must has relevant experience and certificates in the that they are applying to.
Introduction Video
Introduction video should last about 30 seconds. Please explain your personal & work background, and intentions of what you want to do
Current Malaysia’s Work Permit
To apply your visa at the Poland Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, applicants would need a valid work sticker visa. Poland embassy do not accept E-Pass for the National D visa application.
